Devin Harvey

Devin Harvey has been a Houston based makeup artist since 2005. Being a tomboy she was never into makeup until her Aunt introduced her to MAC. She started working for MAC in 2006 and in 2008 she decided to branch out on her own. 

Her most recent work includes: United States Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo, the cover and feature story of ESPN Magazine’s most dominant athlete of 2018 with Simone Biles. In 2017 she worked the Super Bowl LI Experience. She was a makeup artist for the 2016 NCAA Final Four. Her work was also featured on the October 2016 cover of People Magazine. She has had worked featured on the following networks: OWN, CBS, ABC, Fox 26, NFL, CNBC and The Travel Channel. She was the key makeup artist for the Gloria Estefan award at the 2008 Latin Grammy Awards in Houston.  She has been the key makeup artist on commercials for OWN Network's Weight Watchers, Hershey's, Tide, Kellogg’s and the Travel Channel's, The Little Couple.  Devin has worked in fashion shows for Nordstrom, Bebe, and Dillards. Her portfolio includes various models from both Neal Hamil and Page Parkes agencies in Houston. Celebrity personalities she has had the pleasure of working with include: Most dominant athlete of 2018; Simone Biles, Yolanda Adams, Charles Barkley, Tracy McGrady and Lisa Leslie just to name a few. Devin has worked on numerous photo shoots, PSA's, non-profit organizations, corporate videos, documentaries, special occasions and weddings.

Devin continues to learn, educate, and grow. Both Kett airbrush and Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics are among the classes she has taken to become airbrush certified. She has also taken classes and enhanced her skill set with some of most sought after celebrity makeup artists in the industry. Those of whom include: Billy B., Sam Fine, Joanna Schlip, Danessa Myricks, and Johnny Lavoy .
